Payment methods
OMOROL® Shop accepts the following payment methods:
Bank transfer
In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed after the receipt of the payment (bank transfer), which have to be sent via e-mail to info@omorol.com. The order will be reserved for 5 days and in case of non-payment, after this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled.
The details to make the transfer will be communicated after confirming the order (both on the order confirmation page and via e-mail).
PayPal
PayPal is the fastest and safest way to pay by credit/debit card and to start shipping as quickly as possible. You can sign up for free to PayPal even during the deed of purchase (click here to register on PayPal). At the time of purchase you will be redirected to the PayPal payment form, through which you can easily pay the account. Alternatively, on a different agreement, you can choose to transfer funds directly to the address alex.santoro@hotmail.it or receive an e-mail with the payment request via Paypal.
Credit/debit card and local payment methods
Payment by credit/debit card is simple and safe through our platform. Just choose "Pay by card" as payment method and in the interface that opens simply enter your card details and confirm the payment.
Alternatively you can choose local payment methods such as My Bank (available in Italy) and Sofort (available in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain).
Before making any payment and place the order, please check the box "I agree to the terms of service", in order to successfully complete the purchase process.

Shipping methods
Usually, OMOROL® Shop uses the services of Italian Mail service (Poste Italiane) and national and international couriers.
OMOROL® Shop, where expressly requested, grants the possibility to ship by courier chosen by the customer. In this case, please contact us in advance to agree on the details and shipping methods.
Shipping to Italy
For shipments to Italy, the time taken to deliver the order at the address indicated vary from a minimum of 2 working days to a maximum of 5, in addition to the shipping day (except in case of delays and force majeure).
Shipping to the European Union (EU)
For shipments to European Union (EU) countries, the time taken to deliver the order at the address indicated vary from a minimum of 3 working days to a maximum of 8, in addition to the shipping day (except in case of delays and force majeure).
Extra-EU shipping
The timing and shipping costs in non-EU countries may vary depending on the destination, weight / bulk of the outgoing package and the economic entity of the order.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs have a flat rate of € 6.90 for Italy and € 12.90 for deliveries in other EU countries.
In both cases the shipment status or the result of the sending can be consulted through the code communicated by e-mail when the order is shipped.
Orders with a value of € 149 or more are "free shipping".
